Directed Study

Under Academic Policy, eligible students may enter the the Directed Study program after their first year.

APD offers Directed Study students individual course counseling regarding specific course requirements. Among these requirements is completion of Advanced Legal Writing: Analysis by the end of their second year. Sections have limited enrollment to provide a more personal working environment with substantial feedback.

The course tracks a concurrent Bar subject course and focuses on analysis, study, and exam-taking skills needed in upper division courses and for success on the Bar examination.
